Youth athletics are not what they used to be. With more competition than ever, peak performance and injury resistance are the keys to success in performance. Still, many athletes are hitting the field/court/stage unprepared. Our methods focus on building strength, stabilization endurance, and dynamic movement to get athletes to perform better and spend more time competing than on the sidelines.
We train athletes at almost every level from helping to establish coordination and athleticism for beginner athletes; performance enhancement for middle and high school athletes; and high-level strength and performance training for competitive athletes including everyone from NCAA Division I Athletes to your current Miss North Carolina’s Teen and Miss America’s Teen. No matter what your focus of play, we’re here to help to achieve your goals with a personalized plan designed to fit your needs.
Ready to get started? We are, too. We require all athletes to fill out an Athlete Intake Form before their first training session. This information helps us establish safe and proper assessment techniques and gain a deep understanding of what is most important to improve on with your athlete. Once you have submitted this form, you may book your first session. Your trainer will provide recommendations for how often you should book moving forward.
