Our goal is to provide structured, individualized coaching that helps our athletes improve movement mechanics, build explosive power, and gain confidence in their sport to perform at their best.
We train athletes at almost every level, from building a solid athletic foundation and preparing for the next level, maximizing explosive power, endurance, and sport-specific skills, for middle and high school athletes, and high-level strength and performance training athletes looking to take their training beyond team practices and workouts.
Our athletes have included everyone from beginner athletes, NCAA Division I Athletes, former and current Miss North Carolina’s Teen, as well as former Miss America’s Teen. No matter what your focus of play, we’re here to help you achieve your goals with a personalized plan designed to fit your needs.
Ready to get started? We are, too. We require all athletes to fill out an Athlete Intake Form before their first training session. This information helps us establish safe and proper assessment techniques and gain a deep understanding of what is most important to improve on with your athlete. Once you have submitted this form, you may book your initial assesssment. Your trainer will provide recommendations for how often you should book moving forward.
What We Offer
Expert Coaching - Alyssa Hellman is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Alyssa has also earned specialty certifications in Mental Toughess and Youth Exercise through NASM. In addition to her professional certificiations, Alyssa is a lifetime competitive athlete.
