This membership level consists of two sessions per month, scheduled at your convenience, pending trainer availability. It is perfect for your self-driven athlete interested in following a plan and doing their work independently.

This plan works great for athletes who are interested in and capable of building strong training habits with hands-on coaching and guidance.

This membership level is for your athletes who cannot commit to a regular training schedule with us for various reasons - from schedule to commitment. This is the perfect way to get started with us with no commitment beyond a single session, and it is an ideal way to hit the pause button if you’re doing significant travel or have other obligations. Many of our regular Gold Members shift to this during in-season activities, scheduling only at their convenience.
